1. Introduction to Last Catch 2016 Terms

By placing an order for Last Catch 2016 on lastcatch.eu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

These terms apply to all purchases made through lastcatch.eu and riverfish.rs. The seller is Miroslav Todorović, operating under the name Agricultural Farm Todorović, Velika Plana, Serbia.

2. Product description

Last Catch 2016 terms apply to a vintage canned trout product produced on October 17, 2016 by River Fish DOO Belgrade (registration number: 20278218, now dissolved). The product consists of lightly smoked rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in sunflower oil with sea salt.

The “best before” date printed on the packaging (17.10.2021) represents the maximum legal shelf life required by regulations at the time of production. It does not represent the actual shelf life of the fully sterilized product. Complete thermal sterilization at 120°C in a hermetically sealed BPA-free can preserves the product, provided the can remains physically undamaged.

The product has been verified by the original manufacturer Milovan Trišić. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this explanation of the “best before” date.

3. Pricing & payment

Under these Last Catch 2016 terms, all prices are stated in EUR (Euro). Shipping costs are additional and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit and debit cards. Your payment card details are never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping & delivery

Last Catch 2016 orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) through Post of Serbia. We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

• Serbia: 2–5 business days
• EU: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
• Australia: 14–28 business days
• Other countries: 14–35 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & refunds

Under these Last Catch 2016 terms, due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns for visibly damaged goods. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lastcatch.eu within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction with the aging characteristics of the product.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual property

All content on lastcatch.eu — including texts, photographs, design and branding — is protected by copyright. The River Fish brand and logo are used with written authorization from Milovan Trišić, founder of River Fish DOO. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
