However, due to the delicate organic reality of vintage food treasures and strict health protection and hygiene frameworks, this right applies strictly to unopened, entirely undamaged metal enclosures (cans). Transit Damages: If an allocation reaches your location with compromised, leaking, or visibly crushed physical boundaries tracing to logistical mishandling, please message us at info@lastcatch.eu within 48 hours of delivery, forwarding your identifier number and clear photographic proof of the issue. Our office will instantly process a replacement or a complete transaction refund. We cannot authorize returns or cancellations based on individual flavor tastes or personal culinary preferences.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our comprehensive liability in connection with any individual acquisition is limited strictly to the exact purchase price paid for the specific item layer. We cannot accept liability for secondary, random, or incidental damages tracing to third party interaction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All material assets displayed across lastcatch.eu, covering descriptive texts, custom page layouts, design grids, and brand assets, remain under strict copyright protection. The River Fish trademark and heritage symbols are deployed under written authorization from founder Milovan Trišić, whose historical journey is documented on our River Fish story page. Any unapproved distribution or replication is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Consumer Redress

The conditions and clauses itemized within this legal document are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any necessary procedural disputes shall be presented before the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Serbia.
